LIVING WELL WORKSHOPS
What should you eat? How can you fit in exercise when you don’t have time? What can you do to get rid of stress? How can you get the most out of your life?

It doesn’t matter where you are in your life right now. In my workshops, LIVING WELL, I will teach you simple, easy ways to eat a little better, exercise a little more, and reduce stress, so that you can live a long and happy life.

Little things like…exercising and stretching while you are at home or at work. You'll be amazed at how many things you can do in just a few minutes without any equipment. I will teach you lots of exercises and stretches that you can do anytime, anywhere, no matter where you are in your fitness level, whether you are just getting started or need a challenge. You won't even have to change your shoes.

Little things like…eating better….not perfect…just better. It comes down to choices. Whether you are at a restaurant, or buying groceries for the house, I will teach you what you need to know to make good choices. What to buy...what to eat. I will even give you some simple recipes to get you started.

Little things like…reducing stress. Stress is like a crack in the sidewalk. It trips you up. But whether you have a momentary trip or fall flat on your face, depends on you. I will teach you practical and easy ways to reduce stress.

My goal is simple. I want to share with you what I’ve learned, through thirty years in the fitness and health industry, about exercise, nutrition and stress, in a fun, easy, practical, hands-on workshop, to help you live a long and happy life.
