Here is a great exercise that will strengthen your core, shoulders, chest and triceps. It's called a "Plank, Swim".

   

 

SPIDERMAN PUSH UPS

Learn a great way to do push-ups! You don't need any equipment, just you and the floor! Give it a try!

   

TRICEP DIPS

Here's a great exercise for your triceps... you know, the saggy part of your arms! All you need is a chair! You have one of those, right?
