FROG KICKS ON A STABILITY BALL

Here's a great exercise using a stability ball to firm up your glutes, derrière, buttocks and booty!

   

 

SIDE LUNGE, TIE YOUR SHOES

Here's a great exercise for your lower body. It's called "Side Lunge, Tie Your Shoes"

 

   

SUMO SQUATS

Here's a great total body exercise that you can make as hard or as easy as you want! It works everything and it's great for you. Choose the level that's best for you, and give it a try!

   

TRAVELING SQUATS

Make your lower body look great with this simple exercise, done with or without a jump. All you need is your body and a little space to move. You can do it!

   

WALKING LUNGES

Here is a great exercise to do if you have space! Whether you are outside or inside, if you have the space try this Walking Lunge to tone up and firm up your entire lower body!

   

LUNGE MATRIX

One of my favorite exercises to firm up the entire lower body. Called the Lunge Matrix, this exercise works your body in every direction and makes your glutes, thighs, quads, legs...all parts of your lower body look fabulous! Give it a try!

   

SQUAT TO LUNGE

Here's a great exercise to firm up your rear! Male or female, nobody wants a saggy rear! This exercise works! Trust me!

   

SIDE KNEE LIFTS ON A BENCH

What do you do if you are walking along and come to a bench? You could sit down, or you could try this great exercise to firm up and tone up your lower body.

   

SCREAMER LUNGE

Here's a great exercise to make your lower body look great. Your legs will be screaming!

   

PUT DOWN PICK UP WITH A ROCK

Here's a fantastic exercise to firm up and tone up your rear! All you need is a weight, or if you are outside, you can use a rock! It will make your lower body look fabulous!
