ELBOW PLANK, SIDE PLANK, LEG UP

This is a great exercise for your core. It will strengthen your abs and your back, and help you work on your "six-pack". You don't need any equipment, and you can do this exercise almost anywhere.

 

STABILITY BALL:

Here are some great core exercises you can do using a stability ball, including planks, knee pull-ins, pikes, and pikes with a leg up. They will flatten your abs and make your core strong and healthy!
